By using our services you agree to our terms and conditions.

Quotes and prices

A1. Any price given over the phone or via email, is only valid for 7 days from the actual day of the quote and for the property either viewed in person or by videocassette, or recorded.

A2. All prices quoted include all use of our equipment and materials which are needed and may include parking charges if needed.

A3. An additional £16 will be charged if your freezer needs defrosting if this has not been done prior to the clean being carried out.

A4. There must bee access to electricity and water in order to carry out the cleaning if we arrive at a property has no access to these and the work can not commence, we will have no choice to rearrange but your booking deposit would be non refundable if the job needs booking again for s future date. 

A5. If the job is delayed by the customer there will be an extra charge applied for each hour of it being delayed which will be £25 per hour.

A6. Carpet Cleaning, oven cleaning and Extractor Fan can only be booked if an end of tenancy is booked or a regular cleaning service is booked.

A7. If we have to travel to give the keys back over a 3 mile radius there will be a £10 charge applied.

A8. If after a quotation and we attend the property and there is more work then previously quoted, we reserve the right to change the initial quote, but we will gain authorisation before any work commences but if this delays the work we have the right to charge the extra charge for each hour which is £25per hour.

Payments

B1. We accept the following payments, BACs transfer, Cash.

B2. If paying by cash, full payment is required on the day of the clean or payment can be made by bacs 24 hours before or on the morning of the clean. An invoice will be sent on the morning of the clean with all payment details and contact details.

B3. Please make sure payments are received as soon as the job is completed and late payment feeds will be added, we rarely have to do this but we still have this in place to protect ourselves.

Insurance

C1. We have full public liability insurance, and accidental damage cover for the cleaner, if there is a need to make a claim this needs to be reported on the same day as we can not take any responsibility for any damage after 24 hours has passed.

C2. We reserve the right to refuse to give out any confidential information. 

Customer satisfaction

D1. No refunds will be given once the clean has been completed, if you have any queries or concerns about any part of your clean please contact Chill Clean Services and we will do our very best to rectify your issues.

Cancellation

You may cancel the job anytime if you allow more then 24 hours notice if you allow less then this a 50% charge will still be payable, and will be invoiced.  We understand circumstances can change but our cost will have to be covered for any last minute cancellations.

We reserve the right to refuse any job if we believe the premises is too hazardous and is a health and safety risk to us or members of the public. If this happens and work can not be carried out a 50% charge will still apply and will be invoiced to the customer.

Rescheduling 

We will try our best to reschedule your clean if enough notice is given if this is needed but can not guarantee a slot, it depends on other bookings . Please give as much notice as possible.

Access to properties

If we arrive at a property and can not gain access, customer not present, key not working, key not left in safe place, we reserve the right to charge for the full clean if this can not be resolved quickly.

Key holder

We do have key holder insurance, if we happen to lose your keys 🔑  or your property has been broken into due to the key being lost or your property not being made secure or as we found it, if we enter your property and you have not secured your property, we can bit accept any liability once we have left your property.

Carpet / oven cleaning/ rubbish removal 

These services are sub contracted out and are completed by other businesses, we liase with these sub contractors and book them on your behalf and you will pay Chill Clean Services and we pay them.

Charges 

All jobs are quoted using a day rate, not hourly.
